A site induction app workers use on their own phone
Workers scan the site QR code, photograph their card and do the induction in their own language, with no app to install. You see who's on site live, and the fire roll call is one tap.
Inducted before they reach the gate
Send a pre-arrival induction link. The worker picks a language, reads the site brief, photographs their card and enters its expiry date, then answers a short quiz. The quiz is marked on the server, and sign-in on arrival is only possible after a pass.
Operative screens are available in English, Polish, Romanian, Portuguese, Lithuanian, Bulgarian, Ukrainian, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi. The office stays in English.

Sign-in, sign-out and roll call
Every site has a QR code. Workers scan in at the gate and sign out when they leave. G8 ONE reminds anyone still signed in at the end of the day, and managers can sign people out on their behalf.
You're notified when someone signs in away from the site or with location turned off. In an emergency, the roll call lists everyone on site in one tap.
Subcontractors and visitors
External workers get the same induction by link. Their company's certificates, such as CHAS, SafeContractor, Constructionline, SMAS, Acclaim or Achilles, and cards such as CSCS, ECS, CPCS and NPORS, are checked at the gate.
Questions
Do workers need to download an app?
No. They scan a QR code or tap a link and everything opens in their phone's browser.
Which languages are available?
English, Polish, Romanian, Portuguese, Lithuanian, Bulgarian, Ukrainian, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi for operative screens.
Can someone sign in without passing the induction?
Not with a pre-arrival induction: sign-in on arrival is only possible after the quiz is passed.
Does it work for visitors and subcontractors?
Yes. Send the induction link or put the QR poster up at the gate. Completion is recorded by person and by company.
