Checked before the RAMS goes out
When you add people to a RAMS, their cards are checked live against the job dates. Suggestions only show people with the card in date, and anyone whose card expires during the job is flagged.
Bring your existing records
On every plan you can import staff and training records with expiry dates from a spreadsheet or another system's export. Columns are matched for you, and missing fields, bad dates and duplicates are flagged before anything is imported.
G8 ONE stores the cards you upload and tracks their dates. It doesn't check a card against the CSCS scheme's own records, so keep doing that check at induction where the main contractor requires it.
